GIFT CERTIFICATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Limit: Only one gift package may be gifted per individual or couple. Couples are considered one unit and require the purchase of only one certificate.
• Redeemable Services: Gift certificates may be used exclusively for private lessons. They are not valid for third-party events, products, or retail merchandise.
• No Experience Necessary: No partner or prior dance experience is required to redeem a certificate.
• Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
• Partial Redemption & Studio Credit: Any remaining balance after partial use will be applied as studio credit and must be used within the certificate’s expiration period (Valid for one year from the date of purchase). Unused portions cannot be refunded.
• Non-Transferable: Certificates are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original recipient. They may not be resold or reassigned.
• Loss or Theft: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift certificates. Replacement requires valid proof of purchase.
• Fraud Prevention: The studio reserves the right to verify identity for larger purchases and may invalidate certificates if payment is determined to be fraudulent.
• Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for validation or replacement. Failure to provide documentation may result in voiding the certificate.
• Changes to Terms: The studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Purchasers and recipients will be notified of any applicable changes.
• Taxes & Fees: Prices may be subject to applicable taxes and fees.
