Dance has always had an international flair and flavor. We love that and we honor it at the Rockland Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Bardonia.
So we are inviting you to a “Russian Style Party” on Friday, Jan. 12, at 8 p.m. Come and sample a different culture in a fun and inviting atmosphere guaranteed to broaden your view of the world.
We’re working with Otrada, a Russian-American Association, on this gig. You’ll dance, you’ll learn a little about the ways of Russia and we promise you will have a great time.
We’re partying at Otrada’s building at 385 S. Pascack Road in Chestnut Ridge, N.Y. We’ll be having Russian style snacks, dances, performances, and raffles.
Admission is $15. Tickets can be purchased at the studio or at the venue. Otrada is a non-profit that provides a number of social services.
You’ve already expanded your world by participating in dance at your Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Bardonia and Rockland County. Here’s a chance to learn a little more, try some new foods and drinks and experience the rich Slavic culture.
