Natalie Parker – Dance Instructor

Originally from Oklahoma, Natalie spent her childhood moving as a military child, living in North Carolina and Hawaii before returning to Morris, Oklahoma in 2011 to be closer to family.

She has always had a passion for both competitive sports and creative pursuits, though she didn’t begin her dance journey until college.

Natalie attended Northeastern State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing. During her time there, she served as a student leader and head instructor for the student-led dance organization, Impressions Dance Co. She also had three pieces of her writing published in literary journals and expanded her experience choreographing and performing in a variety of styles, including hiphop, jazz, contemporary, and tap.

After graduating, Natalie pursued her passion for dance professionally, which led her to Fred Astaire Dance Studios. As a newcomer to Northwest Arkansas, she is grateful for the warm welcome she has received and is excited to continue growing within community.
