March is all about growth, movement, and making memories at Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Carrollton. With new classes, exciting social nights, and fun themed events, this month is your chance to strengthen your skills, connect with fellow dancers, and enjoy every step of your dance journey with our studio community.

You’ll notice a new color added to the calendar this month — ORANGE!
This represents our new Specialty Classes, which are open to ALL levels. These classes are designed to help students focus on specific skills and styling while having fun learning something new!

🎉 March Events

🤠 Tex Fest – Saturday, March 7 | 3:00–9:00 PM

Carrollton’s Tex Fest is happening right in the square and we will be set up outside of the studio!

Students are welcome to stop by, say hi, and enjoy the festivities. There will be:

• Food and drinks
• Specialty vendors
• Live music performances all day
• Plenty of opportunities to dance!

This is a FREE community event, and we’d love to see you there supporting the studio and enjoying the day with us.

Parking will be available nearby, and we’ll include a map below showing the best places to park.

🍀 Lucky Charm Dance Night – Friday, March 13 | 8:00 PM

One of our March themed parties  is Lucky Charm Dance Night!

These parties are mini events, very different from our regular practice parties, and always full of energy, performances, dancing, and fun!

Dress Code: Wear green and bring your lucky charm!

This is always one of the most fun nights of the month, so don’t miss it!

🌈 Over the Rainbow Dance Night – Friday, March 27 | 8:00 PM

Another exciting themed party this month is Over the Rainbow Dance Night!

Get ready for a colorful night filled with fun, laughter, and dancing!

Dress code: Bright colors or anything rainbow themed and join us for an unforgettable evening of dancing and celebration.

Remember — these themed parties are special mini events, not just practice parties, and they’re always a highlight of the month!

📚 Studio Closed – Monday, March 30

The studio will be closed on Monday, March 30 as our team will be attending our Annual Texas Regional Training.

This is where our instructors continue learning, training, and improving so we can bring even better dancing, coaching, and experiences back to you!

We are so excited for warmer weather, fun events, and lots of dancing this March as everyone continues working toward their dance goals.

We can’t wait to see you on the dance floor!
