Ruslan was first introduced to ballroom dancing at age 6 in his home country of Ukraine. While studying dance at Cattleya Studio, Ruslan found dancing to be a place of free expression and safety during difficult times. He is passionate about passing on the joy of dance to people of all ages and backgrounds. He started with Fred Astaire in 2023, and now joins our Fred Astaire Chelsea family in 2024 as a professional instructor!
