Lizeth, originally from Guadalajara, began her dance career studying classical ballet in 2014 at the University of Guadalajara in Mexico. In 2020 she received her bachelor’s degree in performing arts with a specialization in contemporary dance. Lizeth has also studied flamenco, tango, Kizomba, salsa, and has a diverse teaching background in cross training for dancers, barre and ballet.
In 2021 Lizeth was accepted to the Martha Graham dance school in NYC where she was awarded her certification in modern dance. More recently, Lizeth was a member of the Latin Soul Dancers and other latin dance teams at Empire Mambo under the direction of Adolfo Indacochea. Lizeth is excited to join the team at Fred Astaire studios as Front Desk Manager, and continue learning from the greater dance community!
