After moving to the United States, they joined the Fred Astaire Dance Studios family in Albany, New York, where they spent several years teaching students of all ages and experience levels. Through their passion, dedication, and personalized approach, they helped hundreds of students achieve their goals—whether preparing for a wedding, learning a new hobby, gaining confidence on the dance floor, improving social skills, or simply having fun.

Their success in Albany inspired them to pursue a long-time dream of opening their own studio and creating a welcoming environment where people could experience the joy of dancing.

In 2026, Roman and Hanna proudly opened Fred Astaire Dance Studios Framingham to serve the MetroWest community and provide a place where anyone can learn to dance, regardless of age, experience, or ability.
