Bincike ya gano cewa raye-rayen rawa na inganta hazaka a duk tsawon rayuwar dan wasan sannan kuma akwai fa'idodi masu yawa ga wadanda suka fara rawa a matsayin manya. Yana haɓaka ƙwaƙwalwar ajiya, faɗakarwa, wayar da kan jama'a, mai da hankali da maida hankali. Nazarin shekaru 21 da Cibiyar Nazarin Magunguna ta Albert Einstein ta gudanar ya tabbatar da cewa rawan raye-raye ita ce hanya mafi dacewa don rigakafin cutar hauka da sauran cututtukan jijiya kamar cutar Alzheimer.

Wani bangare mafi ban mamaki na wannan binciken? Rawar ball shine kawai motsa jiki don ba da kariya daga cutar hauka (ba iyo, wasan tennis ko golf, tafiya ko keke).  A cikin 2003, wannan binciken ya ƙare da cewa "raye-raye na iya inganta lafiyar kwakwalwa."

Mun jefar da ku da yawa karatu da gaskiya….amma muna son ku ji daga mafi kyau. Kuma bayan faɗi duk waɗannan nazarin ilimin jijiya….wataƙila rawa na iya sa ku zama mafi wayo! Kuma zabar Fred Astaire Dance Studio na iya sanya ku mafi wayo!
