Originally from Germany, Ben Seifert brought his passion and expertise for ballroom dance to the United States in 2005, where he expanded his artistry to encompass Latin, Ballroom, Rhythm, Smooth, and Theater Arts disciplines. With a career marked by excellence, Ben has distinguished himself as both a champion competitor and a respected coach within the Fred Astaire organization and the broader dance community.
His professional achievements include:

- National Open Smooth Finalist
- Undefeated Texas Open Smooth Champion
- 9-Dance National Semi-Finalist
As a Professional/Amateur instructor, Ben has earned recognition as one of the Top 3 Trainers in Texas and among the Top 20 nationally, guiding numerous students to final placements across multiple competitive categories. His teaching philosophy combines technical precision with artistic expression, inspiring students to achieve confidence, grace, and excellence both on and off the dance floor.
Together with his wife, Amber Seifert, Ben co-owns Fred Astaire Dance Studios – The Woodlands, a flagship location proudly celebrating two decades of dance excellence in the community. Their recent expansion to Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Creekside reflects their shared commitment to growing dance education and fostering artistic achievement throughout the Houston area.
Beyond his studios, Ben continues to contribute to the advancement of ballroom dance as a guest coach, mentor, and adjudicator, dedicated to nurturing the next generation of dancers and enriching the art of dance at every level.
