Lucero Vasquez began her dance journey at just three years old, training at her mother’s studio in a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, folklórico, hip hop, flamenco, and tap. Her early exposure to diverse techniques shaped her into a versatile and expressive performer. At 14, she expanded her training through the Fred Astaire system, where her passion and dedication quickly stood out, leading to an invitation to the Fred Astaire Texas Internship at 18.
Lucero went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from Sam Houston State University, further refining her artistry and technical skill. She has a deep love for choreographing, performing, and continually growing as a dancer. Above all, Lucero is passionate about sharing the joy and power of dance with others, inspiring students, and audiences alike through her creativity, energy, and commitment.
