Our Neurodivergent Adaptive Dance Classes are designed for children and teens to experience and enjoy the numerous benefits of dancing. This inclusive program is perfectly suited for children and teens on the neurodivergent spectrum – including but not limited to autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and OCD. The goal of our adaptive classes is to provide the opportunity to learn and develop through dancing in a safe space.
About the Program:
– designed for ages 6 and up
– class size is limited
– a parent/caregiver must remain onsite for the entire duration of the class
– Solo and Group performance opportunities available
Benefits and Goals:
– experience ballroom dancing steps and movements
– develop social, motor, sensory, and coordination skills
– build self-confidence and self-awareness
– provide a supportive community and foster relationships
– create a safe environment for unlimited creativity and self-expression
Group Class Structure:
– Warm up and Stretch
– Ballroom Dance Basics (Waltz, Salsa, Rumba, and more!)
– Group Dance Routines (if applicable)
– Dance games
Class Schedule:

Registration:
Individual Introductory Session is required prior to signing up for group sessions in order to ensure proper placement in the program. Please contact the studio for more information.
**If your child is a CLTS Waiver participant, funding may be available. We must be put in direct contact with your child’s caseworker prior to registration.**
