With over four years of experience in ballroom dance studio operations, Mali brings a strong passion for creating an exceptional experience for both students and staff. She has served as a Studio Manager and supported multiple locations across the region, specializing in sales, client relations, staff development, and event coordination.
Mali is dedicated to helping students build confidence both on and off the dance floor and thrives in creating a positive, high-energy studio environment. From organizing competitions and showcases to training teams and supporting daily operations, she is committed to ensuring every aspect of the studio runs smoothly.
While her background has been rooted in operations, Mali’s passion for dance continues to grow stronger each day. She is deeply inspired by the confidence, connection, and joy that dance brings into people’s lives and is eager to fully immerse herself in that experience. She is committed to developing her own dance training with the same drive and dedication she brings to her work, and is excited to continue growing, evolving, and making a meaningful impact within the Fred Astaire Dance Studio San Jose Valley Fair family.
