Mike’s dance journey began in 2009 as an adult beginner at Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Pinehurst, North Carolina. What started as a personal passion quickly grew into a fulfilling career. Since those early days, Mike has gone on to teach in several highly successful studios, gaining valuable experience and a deep understanding of how to help students thrive—no matter where they start.
Now serving as the Studio Supervisor at Fred Astaire Dance Studios – South Tampa, Mike brings that same dedication and insight to our team. His primary focus is guiding new students through the exciting early stages of their dance journey. From the very first lesson, Mike ensures that each student feels supported, understood, and empowered with a clear, personalized path toward their goals—whether it’s social confidence, fitness, competition, or simply the joy of dancing.
