Our introductory lesson is 40 minutes long and will introduce you to the basic steps of the most common social dances (including waltz, foxtrot, rumba, push-pull, and salsa).
Our certified Instructors and unique teaching method help you learn & retain more, faster – regardless of your age, dancing skills, or physical abilities. And at Fred Astaire Dance Studios, learning how to ballroom dance is always fun!
