Olesia is a professional ballroom dance instructor originally from Ukraine, with over 20 years of experience in ballroom dancing.
She began working in the pro-am industry in 2018 in Kyiv, where she spent four years coaching students of different levels in Smooth, Rhythm, and social dances. During this time, her students successfully competed in international ballroom competitions across Europe.
In 2021, Olesia relocated to Dubai, continuing her professional journey in an international environment. For the past year and a half, she has been working with Fred Astaire Dance Studios, where she shares her knowledge, experience, and passion for movement with students every day.
What inspires Olesia most is witnessing how dance transforms people — how it changes the way they move, feel, and see themselves. These personal transformations motivate her to keep growing as a teacher and to create lessons that are not only effective, but meaningful.
For her, dance is more than learning steps — it is a journey of self-discovery.
She believes that dancing helps people understand their bodies, develop awareness and confidence, and connect movement with the mind and emotions.
