Juliya Latsa was born in Ukraine. She started to dance at 6 years old. In 2009, she started to perform with magic and pole dance shows. Starting in 2014, she worked on a cruise ship in her own show, that includes aerial and acrobatic numbers. In 2024 she moved to the United States and started working with Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Garden City.
