Katya began her dance journey at age seven in Kyiv, Ukraine, where she fell in love with the elegance and artistry of movement in both Ballroom and Latin dance. Over the years, she earned numerous awards at national and international competitions, including becoming a finalist at the World Championships in Paris, France.
For more than ten years, Katya worked as a children’s dance instructor at the “Antares” Dance Studio in Kyiv, where she focused on building strong foundations in young dancers through patience, creativity, and a genuine love for dance.
In 2022, Katya moved to the United States to continue sharing her passion for dance. She now works with students of all ages and backgrounds, helping each one build confidence, express creativity, and find joy through movement. Whether she is polishing the technique of an experienced dancer or encouraging a shy beginner, Katya teaches with the same belief: dance is a journey of self-discovery—one graceful step at a time.
