What This Rhythm Night Is All About
There are no judges, no placements, and no pressure — just dancers and instructors in their practice wear and comfortable shoes, cheering each other on as the ballroom comes alive.
The music cycles through rounds of all your favorite Rhythm styles — Cha Cha, Rumba, Swing, Bolero, Mambo — giving everyone the chance to dance, shine, and enjoy the feel of competition‑style heats in a friendly, supportive environment.

- Experience the excitement of heats without the intensity
- Dance alongside instructors and studio friends
- Build confidence while having a great time
If you’d like to participate in the heats, ask your instructor to participate. They’ll help you choose your dances, prepare your rounds, and feel confident stepping onto the floor.
