Dmitry was born in the South part of Russia, starting dance at the age of 5. He was a champion of his region and at the age of 21 moved to New York to improve his dance skills. In 2011 he met a wonderful girl (Olena) who became his dance partner and later his wife.
Olena and Dmitry met in 2011 and became dance partners, representing USA in International Latin division. In 2012 turned Professionals and started to win almost all Professional Rising Stars events. Year later they started to win Open Professional Championships and were finalists of all large Professional events in America such as Ohio Star Ball, Emerald Ball, Millenium Dancesport Championship, Hollywood Dancesport Championship, Holiday Dance Classic, etc. They got married in 2015. And in 2016 one of their dreams came true, they became a US National Professional Latin Finalists. After that they decided to explore dance world more by adding American Rhythm style to their career in 2017. Since then they are finalists and champions of all major events in American Rhythm as well. Currently top 3 in USA and in the World.
