Darius & Jolanta Mosteika have been dancing together since 1986.
After immigrating to the US in 1992, they consistently placed in the top 2 couples in the United States National Professional Standard Dance Championships until their retirement in 2000. They were seven-time undefeated Fred Astaire Professional International Standard Dance Champions and the US representatives to the World Professional Standard Dance Championships from 1995 through 2000. Other titles include the 1998 North American Professional Standard Championship, 1995 Rising Star Champions at the International Championships in London, England, and all major dancesport championships across the United States.
The Mosteikas are known for their stellar performances at the Ohio Star Ball, winning the 1998 and 1999 Show Dance Divisions, which were televised nationally on PBS. Both Darius and Jolanta have master’s degrees in economics.
Jolanta is one of the most sought after teachers at the studio. She has most recently partnered several amateur students to the highest levels of United States National championships including the USDC and Ohio Star Ball.
They are the proud parents of Leila and Andrew.
