Jonas Ruzgaitis started dancing at the age of seven in his home country Lithuania. After winning several National and International Dancesport competitions, Jonas moved to Germany where he pursued intense dance training to build his dance career. Several years of successful amateur dancing in Germany prompted Jonas to relocate to the United States in 2023 where he started dancing professionally and teaching at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Plymouth, MA. In September 2024, Jonas moved to NY to join Fred Astaire West Side.
