Olesia Kobylchenko grew up in Ukraine and has been dancing since she was a child. After many years of rigorous training in Standard and Latin American dancing, she won the Ukrainian National Standard Dancesport Championships, Junior Division, and went on to win a silver
medal at the World Junior Standard Dancesport Championships in 2017. Olesia relocated to the United States in 2022, beginning her US teaching career at the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Plymouth, MA, where she won several awards for “Regional Top Teacher.” Olesia joined Fred Astaire West Side in September 2024.
