What Your First Lesson Looks Like
After you book your intro lesson, our Riverside team will give you a quick call to schedule a time that works best for you. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted at the door and shown around the studio so you can get comfortable. Then your instructor will guide you onto the dance floor and walk you through a few simple steps at your own pace.
Most of our students start with zero dance experience, so there’s no pressure to be perfect. Just come ready to try something new! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We took private lessons for our first dance and parent dances with Paige and Brendan, and it was one of the best decisions we made. We worked with them for about two months leading up to the wedding, and they made every lesson so fun and exciting.
We received so many compliments—people said our dances were the best they had ever seen! I can’t recommend them enough. If you’re considering lessons, do it! It makes all the difference.

Paige and Brendan are fabulous! They have a well run program, wonderful facility, and they both exude such positive energy. My experience learning ballroom dancing so far, has been extraordinarily enjoyable. It is one of the highlights of my week. Brendan makes it fun, while still learning the steps. I can't wait to learn more and progress with them.
It's about time I ended up leaving a review considering my (now) wife and I have been going for lessons for almost a year (and are continuing).
These guys are the absolute best - I can't speak highly enough of them. Personally I was extremely hesitant to begin lessons; however, I agreed to take lessons in order to be more comfortable with the first dance at my recent wedding. Brendan and Paige harbor such an inviting atmosphere and immediately put my concerns and self-consciousness at ease - which isn't an easy task. They're such a goofy and lovable couple that not only work amazing as a team, but also are fantastic instructors that are able to able to read if you're having a good or bad day (which everyone does) and knows when to crack a good joke to lighten the mood.
My wife and I have been going probably 2-3 times a week for almost the last year and have felt so welcome at the studio. In addition to lessons there are group classes, dance cardio, stretch, practice parties, and other various nightly events depending on the day. Everyone else at the Studio that also attends are also so friendly and supportive that I'm glad to say this is a welcomed "third space" outside of work and home.
P.S. looking forward to Bronze class tonight and dance cardio tomorrow!

Amazing staff and instructors. Great attitudes and a great couples hobby. My spouse and I aren't looking to do competitions, we just enjoy learning to dance for fun. Absolutely one of the best things we've gotten into.
Paige & Brendan are great instructors! They are super friendly give great direction! My fiance & I look forward to our lessons every week for our weddings first dance. 100/10 recommend!! We are super beginners & they have helped us gain the confidence to dance!
Brendan and Page are amazing instructors I can dance hustle rumba and east Coast swing.I am amazed how easy they make it and super fun too! If you want to learn dance this is the place to be.
