Yuliya was born in the Ukraine and grew up in Israel. She started dancing international Latin and Ballroom at 4 years old and quickly progressed, becoming National Israeli Champion at the age of 7. She continued to win national and international awards throughout her early career, including European Champion at 11 years old.
She became two-time National Canadian Latin Champion in 2018 and 2019, and World Latin finalist in 2018.
Other prestigious awards include: North American Champion in multiple competitions in the Eastern USA between 2017 and 2020, and finalist for the Top Canadian televised dance competition series “Revolution” for season 2.
