Hanna Pierce – Professional Dance Instructor

Hanna Pierce started her training at the School of Midland Festival Ballet under the artistic director Susan Clark at 3 years old. She has attended highly reputable summer dance intensives on scholarship such as Milwaukee Ballet, Orlando Ballet, and Oklahoma City Ballet. After graduation she was accepted into the Alonzo King LINES training program in San Francisco where she was able to work with some of the top choreographers/companies in the world such as Alonzo King, VimVigor, Wayne McGregor Company, and the Martha Graham Company. She then danced professionally Common Thread Contemporary Ballet, Resilience Dance Company, and Ballet 314. She also performed as a freelance artist on top of having her own collective Queerdancestl. Hanna found ballroom in 2018 and started competing professionally in the International Latin division in 2019. She has placed in multiple finals across the Midwest and is coached by numerous champions. She taught ballroom in St Louis for the past six years and can’t wait to share that passion in Arizona. In her free time Hanna practices the Gyrotonic Method which she is certified in as well as go salsa dancing!
