Kayla Daigle – Studio Training Director/Dance Director

Originally from Wisconsin, I started ballroom dancing as a student in the Summer of 2017 and started teaching the following Spring. I have been with Fred Astaire Dance Studio since May 2020. As a professional, my achievements include 2nd place in the closed, rising star, and open level Smooth divisions at the Regional level, as well as, placing 3rd in the Show dance division at the Fred Astaire National level. While I enjoy dancing American Smooth, the American Rhythm Style has stolen my heart.

My absolute favorite part of working for Fred Astaire Dance Studios is being in an environment that fosters and encourages the growth of both students and professions. There is truly nothing better than being watching your students become the dancers they aspire to become while also transforming into the person they’ve always dreamed of being. Dance has the power to change your life in ways you could never imagine, so let it! My piece of advice to a new student is it is never too late to start dancing, once you start enjoy the journey and trust your teacher only wants the best for you!
