Catriona grew up in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire where she was fortunate to be a part of the local performing arts scene from a young age. She has been a dancer all her life, training in multiple styles–but always loving tap dance the most! At her alma mater Wheaton College MA, she majored in English and Italian Studies, while remaining highly involved with the college’s dance community as Co-Director of the tap dance team, Tap Out Loud. She also has experience working in theatres, at Interlakes Summer Theatre and the Educational Theatre Collaborative for example, where she took on a wide range of roles from onstage to backstage to the box office. She values the community that can be created in dance spaces and can’t wait to support the community that is Fred Astaire Belmont through her administrative role.
