The holiday season is a wonderful time to welcome guests into your home.
In our case, guest coaches.
We’ve got a number of events coming up as we head toward the New Year and several involve some outstanding guest coaches here at the Buffalo studio. You will want to book your time with them as soon as possible, as they are always in high demand.
Christina Penatello Hanson joins us on Tuesday, Dec. 11. Christina has been with FADS since 1997, won the 2006 World Mambo Championship and was a three-time USDC American Rhythm finalist. She is a fabulous instructor!
Travis Manero drops by on Thursday, Dec. 20 for guest coaching. A twelve-time, undefeated Fred Astaire Ohio Regional American Rhythm Champion and a Fred Astaire National Finalist in the American Rhythm Division, Travis has trained top competitors and studio owners at a Regional and National level.
Guest coach Anastasia Abrashin will be here on Thursday, Dec. 27, and Friday, Dec. 28. This FADS Board Member is a three-time U.S. National Nine Dance Champion and a five-time Russian champion. She currently works as the Fred Astaire Dance Studios’ New England Regional Dance Director.
These are all top coaches with long histories of achievement as competitors. Please, please, please, speak with your instructor as soon as possible to book your time with our wonderful guest coaches.
There’s more, of course. We have our Holiday Ball on Saturday, Dec. 15, at 1 p.m. at the studio. Show off everything that you’ve been learning at our Holiday Ball! We will be featuring performances from our students and teachers. Talk to your instructor about purchasing tickets. Guests are welcome.
To help get you ready to ring in a great 2019, we’re having a New Year’s practice party at the studio on Friday, Dec. 28, from 7:30-9 p.m. This is a great opportunity to brush up on a few steps and get ready for that New Year’s Eve soiree!
