Daniel Reichert | Instructor

Daniel Reichert began his ballroom journey at the Fred Astaire Buffalo Studio. He graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree in Dance from The College at Brockport where he specialized in social dance and Afro-Brazilian dance forms. He has taught social dance, capoeira, circus arts and posture classes in Brazil, the United States and Canada.

Daniel also serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Dance Education Association as the Director of Advocacy and has taught at The College at Brockport as well as Master classes at the University at Buffalo, and the National Dance Education Association.

Daniel is a Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst through the Integrated Movement Studies program. He is also a Certified Somatic Movement Therapist through ISMETA, the International Somatic Movement Education and Therapy Association. He brings this wide variety of dance and movement experience to all of his classes at Fred Astaire studio in Williamsville NY where he share his knowledge as a dance instructor, choreographer and movement coach.
