Andrew To was born in Vietnam and recently moved to America, bringing with him a deep love for dance and a passion for sharing it with others. Dance has always been an important part of his life, shaping his confidence and creativity. As a new member of the Fred Astaire Dance Studios community, Andrew is excited to connect with students, help them grow in skill and confidence, and create a welcoming, high energy environment in every class.
