Natalia Fryz – (Certified Instructor, Wedding Dance Specialist)

Natalia was born into music and dance, growing up in a Ukrainian family where movement and tradition were deeply rooted. She discovered her love for dance at the age of five, performing locally in ballet, tap, and jazz. By eight, she began professional training with Zolotyj Promin in Hartford, Connecticut, specializing in Ukrainian folk dance.

From ages eight through twenty, Natalia traveled extensively, performing under the direction of Orlando Pagan throughout New York and Canada. She further expanded her technical skill and cultural knowledge through multiple years of intensive summer dance camps led by director Ania Bohanchevsky-Lonkevych, studying Ukrainian folk dance region by region.

Today, Natalia brings this rich performance background into her work as a ballroom dance instructor, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for dancers of all levels. Her teaching blends tradition, strong technique, and expressive movement, encouraging students to connect with the music, build confidence, and find joy in the dance.
