Victoria discovered her passion for Ballroom and Latin dance at the age of 23, quickly turning it into a thriving career. Since joining the Fred Astaire Dance Studios family in 2022, she has fully immersed herself in the world of dance—guiding students of all levels, choreographing for weddings and showcases, and preparing dancers for competitions. In addition to teaching, Victoria competes professionally, continuously refining her own skills while inspiring those around her. She finds immense joy in helping others achieve their dance aspirations, whether it’s mastering their first steps, growing in confidence, or excelling on the competition floor.
Victoria is a Certified Fred Astaire Ballroom & Latin Dance Instructor, having successfully passed the company’s prestigious certification exam, which is overseen by certified international dance council members and adjudicators. This rigorous process ensures the highest standard of instruction, and all Fred Astaire professionals must maintain good standing to teach within the company.
Her love for movement and performance started long before ballroom dancing. Growing up, Victoria spent seven years as a competitive cheerleader and also competed in majorettes, honing her coordination, discipline, and stage presence. In high school, she expanded her athletic background by joining the track and field team, a passion she carried into college. This strong foundation in competitive sports has shaped her teaching philosophy, allowing her to motivate and empower students with the same dedication and energy that fueled her own journey.
Victoria earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science from Westfield State University, specializing in Physical and Adventure Education. With a strong background in education, she has always gravitated toward roles that allow her to teach, inspire, and encourage others to embrace an active lifestyle. Now, she channels that same enthusiasm into the dance studio, making every lesson an exciting, fulfilling, and confidence-building experience.
Outside of dance, Victoria is an avid outdoor enthusiast who thrives on movement and adventure. Whether she’s hiking scenic trails, running, or rock climbing, she believes that staying active in different ways helps her bring fresh energy and inspiration to her students.
