Gift Packages Terms & Conditions
- Redeemable Services: Gift certificates can only be used for private lessons, group classes, or events at the Shelton, CT studio. They are not valid for third-party events, products, or services.
- Non-Refundable: Gift certificates are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Unused portions cannot be refunded.
- Partial Redemption & Credit: Any remaining balance from partial redemption will be applied as studio credit, valid within the expiration period.
- Non-Transferable: Gift certificates are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the recipient. They cannot be resold or transferred.
- Loss or Theft: The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use. Certificates will not be replaced without proof of purchase.
- Fraud Prevention: The studio may verify identity for large purchases and may invalidate certificates if payment is fraudulent.
- Account & Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required for gift certificate validation or replacement. Failure to provide it may void the certificate.
- Changes to Terms: The studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Purchasers or recipients will be notified of changes.
