Lauren Smith was born and raised in NWI. Her love for dance begin with ballet, tap, and jazz at a very young age. She continued on to things like lyrical and the dance team as she grew up. As an adult she decided dancing was missing from her life and became a student at Fred Astaire Valparaiso. She loved ballroom so much and spent so much time at the studio that she became an instructor, and the rest is history as they say! Lauren cannot wait to have you join our Valpo dance family.
