 Welcome to the official FEBRUARY 2026 Dance Calendar for Fred Astaire Dance Studio Apex in Apex, North Carolina!

This month is filled with ballroom and Latin dance classes, private lessons, wellness events, festive parties! Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced dancer, December is the perfect time to stay active, grow your skills, and celebrate the season with our FADS Apex family.

Group Dance Classes & Practice Parties

Our February group classes are designed for all experience levels—from complete beginners to advanced dancers.

Weekly Highlights:

  • Waltz Bronze Class – Tuesdays at 7:15 PM

  • Lady Style Classes (All Levels) – Thursdays at 7:15 PM

  • Beginners Salsa, Bachata, ChaCha & Rumba Classes

  • Swing & Hustle Classes for Beginners

  • Practice Parties every Friday at 8:00 PM

Practice parties are a great way to build confidence, meet other students, and enjoy social dancing in a friendly, supportive environment.

 

Wellness Classes – Saturdays at 12:00 PM

Join our All-Levels Wellness Class every Saturday at noon.
These sessions focus on posture, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness—ideal for dancers and anyone looking to move better and feel stronger.

These classes support our students’ progress, confidence, and enjoyment on the dance floor through structured learning, guided practice, and a positive community atmosphere.
