My Body By Dance – Dance Fitness Featuring Ballroom Dance Moves

Did you know that our own dancers, Kemar and Essy, are part of a great online dance fitness program called My Body By Dance (! This online workout program is choreographed using ballroom and Latin dance techniques – just like you would use in the studio.

Select from a range of trainers, fitness levels, and your favorite dance styles like Cha Cha, Salsa, Paso Doble, Rumba, Tango and more! We have cardio workouts, toning and vitality classes, and  warm ups and cool downs for any time of day. There are also guided programs to help you coordinate your dance fitness routines.
