Adam Telessy – Studio Manager

Adam was born and raised in Budapest, Hungary and moved to the United States in 2016. He started work at Fred Astaire Dance Studios Memorial Houston.
Adam has been dancing since the age of 11 and became a competitive dancer shortly after.
He was a member of the Hungarian National Dance Theater and a formation team member of the Botafogo Dance Ensemble becoming a multiple times show\formation European and Hungarian Champions.
In 2018 Adam moved to the Dallas- Fort Worth metroplex working for Fred Astaire Colleyville, following his mentors and becoming the manager in 2022.
After his first year in Colleyville Adam was honored for the first time with a Gold Freddy and Top Customer Service Award of 2018 in Texas and he is continues to be one of the top teachers of the Franchise since then.
He is one of the founders and owners of Fred Astaire Southlake location, which just opened in October 2022.  In 2023 Adam became the winner of  Fred Astaire World Cup Series Circuit and received a Top Director Award by the Franchise for his work as Pro\am teacher and manager of Colleyville.
Adam is a current professional and Pro\am competitor in American Smooth\Rhythm and International Latin styles representing Fred Astaire all around the United States. He and his professional teams are passionate about meeting new people and opening the world of Ballroom dancing for all ages and levels.
