Your Trial Dance Lesson & Beginner Dance Class, Step by Step
Not sure what to expect from your trial dance lesson? Here’s how it works. You’ll start with a private 30-minute session with one of our certified instructors, who will ask about your goals and any dance style you’re curious about — whether that’s preparing for a wedding, picking up ballroom for the first time, or just trying something new.
This is your beginner dance class moment: no prior experience, no partner, and no pressure needed. From there, you’ll join a party or group session, where you’ll see how our Fred Astaire Dance Studios community dances together in a relaxed, social setting. Whether you’re located in Wappingers Falls or elsewhere in Dutchess County, our studio is a short drive away and easy to find.

This program is for anyone that is a new student to our studio location. No partner or experience is necessary
