With a ballroom journey that began at just six years old, Vlad brings a lifelong passion for dance to every lesson he teaches. Since starting his teaching career in 2016 and joining Fred Astaire Dutchess in 2023, he has focused on helping students experience dance as both an art form and a personal journey.
Vlad’s teaching philosophy encourages students to truly connect with movement, music, and emotion while embracing growth and enjoying every step of the process. His individualized and energetic approach creates an engaging environment where students can build both skill and self-expression.
Paso Doble is Vlad’s favorite dance because of its theatrical power and intensity. He is inspired by the way the dance captures the dramatic relationship between matador and cape, allowing dancers to create a vivid and emotional story together on the floor.
