Cristina, like her husband Pavel, started her dance career at the age of 7 in Moldova and has been dancing ever since. She is a prize-winner and finalist of many national and international ballroom dance competitions and is a graduate of the Academy of Music Theater and Fine Arts of Moldova where she earned her diploma as a Professional Choreographer. Cristina also brings a wealth of experience teaching ballroom dance to young children with very successful results. She is fluent in both Russian and English and enjoys communicating with students of different nationalities and her many skills have allowed her to travel the world as a professional dancer, dance instructor, choreographer and coach. Disciplined, responsible and sociable, Cristina is quick to learn and determined to achieve results and along with her husband and partner Pavel and son Filip, she looks forward to bringing the joy of dance to the students and family of Fred Astaire.
