Pavel was born in the Republic of Moldova where he began dancing at the age of 7. A natural at ballroom, it wasn’t long before he began participating in competitions, where he excelled and soon after the idea of becoming a professional ballroom dancer became Pavel’s life passion. Over the years Pavel was a prize-winner and finalist in both national and international competitions. He is a graduate of the Economic Academy in the Republic of Moldova (ASEM), where in addition to his many academic accomplishments, he is fluent in 4 languages As a professional ballroom dancer, Pavel has been able to travel the world as a choreographer, performer, coach , competitor and dance instructor. Pavel brings experience, professionalism and genuine excitement to Fred Astaire and together with his wife and partner Cristina and their son Filip they look forward to teaching and growing with the students in FADS in Lancaster.
