Yoga with Puppies

YOGA & PUPPIES?! WHAT COULD BE BETTER THEN THAT!
We are so excited to invite you to some of this year’s Yoga with Puppies classes, held at Fred Astaire Dance Studio – Madison West! These one-hour sessions are going to be filled with fun, relaxation, and of course, adorable puppies and are held on SELECT SATURDAYS AT 10AM.
Youβre welcome to participate in the yoga for some light exercise or simply sit back on your mat and enjoy all the puppy cuddles and playtime. Either way, itβs sure to be an unforgettable experience!
This 60-minute journey includes a 40-minute flow yoga class followed by a 20-minute chill period with bottomless mimosasβall while a litter of adorable puppies roams the studio for cuddles and playtime. Whether you’re a yoga lover, a puppy lover, or both, this is the perfect experience!
We canβt wait to see you at the studio for a paws-itively wonderful time!
This event is open to the public, and there is no partner, or experience, necessary.
**The puppies that join us come from various local rescues and ethical family breeders.**
