Fred Astaire Dance Studio had the pleasure of watching a real live marriage proposal at our last showcase in the studio and it had all the feels! Two of our students have been a couple for some time and coming to the studio to take lessons as well as participate in our shows. On this particular showcase night, we had the pleasure of watching this couple get engaged on the dance floor (our kind of proposal!). Students, Lacie Whitten and Rob Crawford, performed a duet waltz with dance instructors, Ms. Korpitz and Mr. Jonakin, to the song, “So This is Love (Cinderella’s Song)” by Ilene Woods.
