Ballroom Dance Owners Martin and Gina

Martin & Gina Goethche – Owners and Directors

Born in Denmark, Martin began ballroom dance instruction at the age of three. He danced in amateur competitions before he was ten years old, and was a finalist in all the major Danish Dance Sport Championships in the children, junior and youth classes.

Gina comes from Munich, Germany and started to dance at the age of fifteen. She competed very successfully at the amateur level with several partners and was the German Champion in the Latin American dances (A-level).

In 1990, Martin and Gina began their partnership as competitive ballrooms dancers. Their titles include the Danish 10-Dance Champions and Austrian Latin and 10-Dance Champions. Martin and Gina were also finalists in the World and European 10-Dance Championships and in the World Latin Showcase Championships.

Manuel Trillo – Ballroom Dance Instructor

As a native of Spain, Manuel is of course a specialist in all Latin American Dances like Merengue, Bachata and Salsa but being an active professional competitor himself he is also an expert in International Latin and Ballroom. With his former partner Anastasia he was a semi-finalist at the Ten Dance World Championship 2013. Manuel has been a well-known TV-Star in Spain and he has been working as a professional dance instructor for 17 years. He has been with our team for over 4 years and is still actively competing with his new partner Tatyana.

Anna Belyavtseva – Ballroom Dance Instructor

Following her dreams and passion to dance, Anna moved to the U.S. in June 2015 to represent USA as a Professional dancer in 10 Dance (International Latin & Ballroom) and to join our team. Originally from Moscow, Anna was a finalist in many international competitions in Russia and across Europe. She also participated in the famous TV program, “Dancing with the Stars,” in Russia. Before moving to the U.S. Anna worked and lived in Germany and Switzerland. She has traveled the world extensively and speaks four languages (English, Spanish, German & Russian).

Alexander Andrianov – Dance Instructor

Alexander joined our team in 2016, bringing with him invaluable experience from his Russian dance background. He has been competing for many years in Russia and Europe and won, among many others, the title as World Open Cup Vice-Champion in International Ballroom. Alexander also has a diploma as a Master of Dance Sport. He has a vigorous, competitive and positive personality with very broad interests from dancing to high math and quantitative finance which he continues to study. He loves teaching and bringing out the best in his students.

Tatyana Larina – Dance Instructor

Tatiana came from Russia to our studio in 2017, bringing many years of dancing experience. She started competing at the age of 9 and won many Championship titles over the years. Tatyana attended the Moscow academy of dance and worked as a dance instructor at the dance studio “Dinamo” in Moscow with all kinds of students from Youth to Senior Adults. She also was a member of the prestigious dance group “Randevu” starring in a leading role in many productions. Here in the USA she’s competing very successfully with her partner Manuel and enjoys passing on her knowledge to all her students at Fred Astaire.
