Our MBBD programs are designed so that you don’t have to think about which class you would like to take next, although that option is always available – you can join us here anytime and click any dance fitness class that you are in the mood for. Our programs help to put our classes in the order for a journey that is just the right fit for you. You can choose your fitness level, and/or dance level and begin a 30, 60 or 90 class program. Take your classes every day, three times a week or whatever works for your schedule. Follow along while our instructors bring you through a variety of class types and styles specifically put together to achieve a stated goal.
Working with an online trainer is the best way to improve your progress toward your physical goals in the comfort of your home. All of our online professionals trainers are dancers and certified.
