Beginner Dance Lessons for Adults
You do not need any previous dance experience to begin lessons at Fred Astaire Dance Studios – Pinecrest.
Our beginner dance programs are designed for adults who may have never taken a dance lesson, feel uncomfortable on the dance floor or believe they have no rhythm. We introduce every step gradually and explain movement, timing, leading and following in a clear and supportive way.
Students can explore Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Cha-Cha, Rumba, Swing, Merengue and many other Ballroom, Latin and Social styles.
Private instruction allows the program to be personalized according to your pace and goals. Group classes and social dance parties provide additional opportunities to practice and become more comfortable dancing with other people.
Singles and couples are welcome. No partner or previous experience is required.
