Polina Kravchuk – Dance Instructor
Polina Kravchuk began dancing at age four and brings a background in Ukrainian folk, contemporary, and Latin dance to Fred Astaire Dance Studios Richmond. She helps beginners discover the enjoyment of ballroom dancing and works with wedding couples to create a first dance that feels like them.
Her encouraging approach extends into the Richmond community through the studio’s ParaDance collaboration with Sportable, where she has served as a lead instructor. Her Fred Astaire honors include 2024 Rookie of the Year recognition in the Virginia and East North Carolina region.
Polina’s work with wedding couples was featured in Richmond magazine’s 2025 A-List coverage, and the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts describes her as a beginner specialist. In her lessons, technical training and encouragement go together, giving you room to learn, ask questions, and become more comfortable dancing with a partner.
