Izabela Jaworska is a professional dance instructor, coach, choreographer, and accredited adjudicator with over 30 years of international experience in competitive ballroom dance. She is an adjudicator with the National Dance Council of America (NDCA) and the World Dance Council (WDC), recognized for her dedication to excellence in dance education and competition.
She holds Fellow degrees in International Ballroom, International Latin, and American Ballroom, as well as a Licentiate in American Rhythm. She is also a certified USISTD
examiner in International Ballroom, American Smooth, and International Latin.
Originally from Poland, Izabela competed internationally throughout Europe, Asia, and North America with her former partner, Robert Kubis. Her competitive achievements include being a Polish National 10-Dance Championship Finalist, multiple Rising Star victories in the United States, four-time U.S. National Championship semi-finalist placements, and Canadian Open Championship runner-up.
In 2022, Izabela founded Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she leads a growing team of professional instructors and continues to mentor students and teachers through competition, performance, and dance education.
