Our instructors are the heart of our studio. Each teacher is professionally trained and nationally certified through the Fred Astaire Dance Studios system — known for its structured, supportive, and personalized approach. They specialize in making beginners feel completely at ease, and they bring genuine passion and encouragement into every lesson. You’ll work one-on-one with an instructor who listens to your goals and helps you achieve them, step by step.
Ballroom dancing offers more than just movement — it transforms how you carry yourself through the world. You’ll build confidence, improve your posture and balance, relieve stress, and boost your mood after every lesson. It’s also a great way to stay active and social. Many of our students come for one reason — a wedding, a date night, a bucket-list goal — and end up staying because of how good it makes them feel.
From elegant ballroom to high-energy Latin, our Champions studio offers over 20 unique dance styles.
