What Your First Lesson Looks Like
After you book your intro lesson, our Cold Spring team will give you a quick call to schedule a time that works best for you. When you arrive, you’ll be greeted at the door and shown around the studio so you can get comfortable. Then your instructor will guide you onto the dance floor and walk you through a few simple steps at your own pace.
Most of our students start with zero dance experience, so there’s no pressure to be perfect. Just come ready to try something new! Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can move in, and we’ll take care of the rest.
